Do You Need Tickets for the Pantheon in Rome?
Yes, most visitors need a ticket—but buying one does not automatically remove every queue, crowd or timing problem.

The official full-price Pantheon ticket is €7. The reduced ticket is €2 for eligible EU citizens aged 18–25. Admission is free for under-18s, Rome residents, on the first Sunday of each month and for other eligible categories.
Buying Online Changes the Queue
Start with the official Musei Italiani platform or purchase from the authorized ticket facilities at the Pantheon.
Visitors who already hold an online ticket can avoid the on-site ticket-purchase queues and join the prepaid-ticket entrance line. This can save time when the purchase queues are long.
It is not an official skip-the-line service. You may still wait for entry, ticket checks or other access procedures.
Buying online can remove the purchase queue. It does not guarantee immediate entry.
